Job Description
PMCL-JAZZ (formerly Mobilink) seeks a dynamic, results-driven Regional Manager for FTTx Sales to lead regional strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide market insights, sales forecasting, and technical guidance on FTTx solutions.
Qualifications: proven track record in telecommunications sales, strong leadership and team-building skills, in-depth knowledge of FTTx technology, and excellent stakeholder management.
