Job Description
ISMMART Hospitality Pakistan is seeking Regional Managers for the North, Central, and South regions to oversee the operational performance of our properties. The successful candidates will drive business growth, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Develop regional strategies, monitor operational performance, ensure compliance, lead property managers, analyze market trends, and collaborate with corporate teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Hospitality Management or related field, 5+ years in hospitality management, strong knowledge of operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive performance.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs300,00.00 – Rs400,00.00 per month
