Job Description
Eco Gasoline (Private) Limited seeks a results-driven Regional Manager, Retail & Sales Development to lead retail fuel operations in Rawalpindi. You will manage company and dealer stations, drive sales and margin growth, implement promotions, monitor KPIs and SOP compliance, train site managers, oversee sales/stock/reporting, and support network expansion. Requirements: Bachelor’s (MBA/BBA/B.Com preferred), 7–10 years in fuel retail/OMC/FMCG with regional leadership experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, valid driving license, willingness to travel. Compensation: PKR 150,00–250,00/month, performance incentives, vehicle/fuel allowance, mobile benefits. Full-time, on-site.
