Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales initiatives in Faisalabad for S.M.J International Industries Pvt Ltd. The RSM will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and lead a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies, build customer relationships, conduct market analysis, motivate the sales team, collaborate with marketing, and prepare reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 5+ years sales experience, proven sales record, strong leadership skills.
