Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our Islamabad market. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, implementing credit policies, and mentoring the sales team. You will need a strong background in Electrical Engineering coupled with an MBA, along with 10-15 years of proven sales experience.
Compensation includes fuel and vehicle allowances, health and life insurance, a subsidized gym membership, annual bonuses, and more. Full-time position with a pay starting at Rs500,00.00 per month.
