Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Remote Inbound Customer Support Representative to join our dental practice in Canada. This position involves addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and assist patients effectively.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments.
- Offer information regarding dental services and insurance options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or dental settings.
- Excellent English communication skills.
