Job Summary:

As a Full-time Helpdesk Representative at Info Resume Edge, you will assist customers with technical challenges, ensuring a smooth support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Manage help desk tickets effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain documentation of common issues.
• Escalate complex cases as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in helpdesk support.
• Strong understanding of hardware and networking.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
