Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Junior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of technical positions.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of job requirements, using job boards and social media for targeted candidate outreach, and managing applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruiting process.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong passion for technology, and a willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment field. While prior experience or a relevant degree is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
