Job Description
Real Leads is seeking an energetic and outgoing Social Media & Customer Support Specialist to enhance client engagement and support their learning journey. This full-time position involves creating and managing content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as providing customer support through weekly calls.
Key Responsibilities: Content creation, email campaigns, customer support, design using Canva, and proficiency in project management tools.
Requirements: Outgoing personality, excellent English skills, experience in social media and customer support, knowledge of Canva and project management tools.
