Job Description
Play a vital role in driving revenue through effective reservation strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue by selling and upselling reservations and room types.
- Delivering exceptional customer service on every call.
- Assisting guests with inquiries professionally.
- Preparing daily reports, including Business on Books and VIP Arrivals.
- Upholding accurate data input for transactions.
- Responding promptly to room-related queries.
Assist the Reservations Manager in maximizing room revenue and achieving highest EBITDA.

Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
