Job Description
Synercon is seeking a qualified Resident Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations. You’ll supervise construction personnel, conduct quality inspections, coordinate with contractors, and monitor project progress while preparing reports.
To be successful, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred), have a PE license, and possess at least 10 years of construction supervision experience, including 5 years on large-scale projects.
Your strong understanding of construction standards and quality management will ensure effective team management and project execution.
