Job Description
Bin Qutab Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Islamabad, is seeking a dedicated Resource Development Manager. This full-time, on-site position at our Bahria Town Islamabad location involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with new and existing donors, and organizing events. The ideal candidate will have strong fundraising and donor cultivation skills, grant writing proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or related fields is required. Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
Salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
