We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to uphold our brand’s standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling. You will be responsible for driving store performance through effective leadership and key performance indicator (KPI) management, promptly resolving customer and operational issues, and fostering a positive company culture. Additionally, monitoring stock levels and inventory controls is essential to success in this role.
Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience, exceptional leadership, and customer service skills are required.
