Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and strategies to attract customers.
- Coordinate customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve their best performance.
- Monitor retail costs, budgets, and resources.
- Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Maintain store inventory and evaluate employee performance.
- Coach new and existing sales staff, and assist in store closing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Aged 25-35 years.
- Intermediate education or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year or more of relevant experience preferred.
