Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd seeks a professional Retail Sales Associate to uphold store standards and execute daily shop rounds under the Shop Manager’s guidance. Responsibilities include maintaining housekeeping and displays, processing receiving and returns, pricing and department labeling, tracking hot titles and best sellers, supporting promotions and book fairs, engaging customers, and driving sales, acquisition, and retention. Candidates must be punctual, willing to accept transfers, and able to update displays as directed.
- Requirements: prior sales consultant experience, secondary (Intermediate) education.
- Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, client needs assessment, and a charismatic customer-facing presence.
- Employment: full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs.35,00–40,00/month (12-hour shift) or Rs.30,00/month (10-hour shift).
