Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales targets and evaluate team performance.
- Provide crop advisory services and organize farmer training.
- Execute projects and coordinate with the Agri Services Department.
- Communicate product needs for timely shipments.
- Maintain relationships with Agriculture Departments.
- Conduct field tours and organize farmer meetings.
- Collaborate with Finance for fund transfers and manage registrations.
- Train staff on fertilizer use and promote analysis.
Qualifications: Masters/Bachelor’s in Agriculture, sales experience, strong farming practice knowledge, excellent communication.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00/month
