Responsibilities:
- Communicate product benefits to drive sales.
- Identify customer needs and pitch relevant offerings.
- Negotiate with leads and use persuasion techniques.
- Build trust and relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information using effective methods.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, excellent English skills, 1 year experience in a UK/US BPO, and a neutral or UK/US accent preferred.
