Job Description
Rising Tech Solutions is looking for a skilled Sales Closer & Trainer to lead our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional closing abilities and a solid understanding of the real estate market. We value individuals who can inspire and train others while achieving remarkable sales results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or high-ticket sales
- Proven track record in training or managing teams
- Outstanding communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is required
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month (plus bonuses)
Location: Onsite at 28 CCA, Commercial Market, 4th Floor, DHA Phase 5, Lahore
