Job Description
Proto IT Consultants is seeking a driven and passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help expand our sales pipeline. If you’re results-oriented, proactive, and have experience in B2B lead generation, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and qualify potential leads for our IT services & solutions.
- Conduct outreach to engage decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.
- Align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
