Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Mars BPO, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Key responsibilities include handling calls, providing product information, maintaining customer records in our CRM, troubleshooting issues, and generating sales.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
