Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Services Representative (CSR) to join our team at XACT BPO. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential customers, educating them about our services, and generating leads.
Job Responsibilities: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets; Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills; Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
