Job Description
SMJ International Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Management Trainee to support field sales operations. The role includes assisting promotional campaigns, attending dealer meetings, preparing daily and weekly sales reports, conducting market visits to monitor competitors and trends, identifying new dealers and opportunities, and working to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Full-time, in-person position with extensive regional travel
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (battery or automotive preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office; strong communication and negotiation skills
