Job Description
We are Deltacrafting, seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Multan region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Maintain client relationships and cultivate new leads.
- Conduct market analysis for opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
