Job Description
NAQSHA (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Sale and Rental Manager (Female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing commercial property transactions with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sale, leasing, and rental of commercial properties.
- Develop relationships with owners, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct market research on pricing and rental rates.
- Handle property listings and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and close transactions.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years experience, Bachelor’s in Real Estate preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month
