Job Description
Trax Courier & Logistics seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue by acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and leading a sales team to meet monthly and annual targets. Sell courier and logistics solutions, build strong client relationships, expand market presence, and coordinate with operations to ensure service quality. KPIs include sales target achievement, new account acquisition, client retention, team productivity, and territory growth. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, 3–5 years courier & logistics B2B sales experience, strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills, CRM proficiency, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Full-time, on-site. Pay: Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month.
