Job Description

Massive Dynamics is seeking an Onsite Sales Support Agent for our location in DHA 2, Islamabad. This is a full-time position with night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimal experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.

Compensation: Rs40,00.00 per month.
