Job Description

Telelinkz is hiring a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to monitor calls and workflows, ensure accuracy, perform QA with checklists/SOPs, prepare reports and scorecards, deliver actionable feedback, and advise management. Requirements: strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, basic sales/call-center knowledge, confidentiality, Excel/Sheets proficiency, transport for female candidates, and availability for permanent night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM). Full-time, in person. Pay: Rs50,00–60,00/month. Bachelor’s preferred. Can you start immediately?
