Auto Connect is urgently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our expanding team. This role involves generating new business opportunities and closing deals with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily team meetings to drive targets.
• Provide training and sales demonstrations.
• Design and implement innovative sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Set weekly and monthly sales targets.

Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs150,00.00/month + commissions
