Job Description
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (On-site)
ConnAct is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Trainer with a minimum of 10 years of combined expertise in call center sales and team training. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative training programs tailored for our sales teams in the US Campaign. Your primary goal will be to enhance team performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver comprehensive sales training programs
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions
- Assess performance metrics to determine training needs

- At least 10 years of experience in sales and employee training
