Job Description
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (On-site)
ConnAct is seeking a skilled Sales Trainer with over 10 years of experience in call center sales and team development. The successful candidate will design and execute effective training programs tailored for our sales teams engaged in the US Campaign, with the objective of boosting performance and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed sales training programs
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions
- Analyze performance metrics to determine training requirements
