Job Description
We are TTC Amigos BPO, seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to elevate our team. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs for new hires, training on product knowledge and call handling, and monitoring trainee performance to provide constructive feedback. You will also create training materials and collaborate with management to identify training needs.
Requirements include 3-5 years of experience as a call center trainer, strong knowledge of call center operations, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
