Job Description

Mars BPO is looking for detail-oriented and experienced Sales Verifiers to join our team. The Sales Verifier will ensure the accuracy and compliance of customer information gathered during our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and validate customer information for accuracy.
• Cross-check details against campaign guidelines.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data.
• Collaborate with agents to address any customer detail issues.

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in the BPO industry, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and computer proficiency.
