We are seeking a Scrum Master to collaborate with product management, product owners, and business owners, ensuring alignment for agile teams. Responsibilities include facilitating agile execution, daily stand-ups, iteration planning, backlog grooming, and team demos/retrospectives.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, managing multiple agile teams under the Scaled Agile Framework. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and advanced knowledge of agile metrics are essential.
