Job Description
Leopards Courier Services is looking for a dedicated Seller Support Executive to handle customer inquiries and complaints through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering positive customer relationships, ensuring prompt issue resolution, and managing daily reports and data accurately.
Job Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Rs33,00/month
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
