Job Description
24/7 DCT is looking for a highly qualified Senior Accountant with extensive experience in U.S. accounting, payroll processing, and taxation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing a finance department. This role encompasses full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring that payroll is compliant with U.S. tax regulations, and providing team leadership during U.S. business hours (night shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete U.S. accounting operations.
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for the U.S.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. taxation laws and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
