Job Description
Link HR Consultants is on the lookout for a meticulous Senior Accountant to enhance our team. The perfect candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing month-end and year-end processes, and overseeing property transaction accounting.
Key responsibilities encompass maintaining accurate records of rental income and expenses, assisting with budget preparation, tracking financial variances, and performing financial modeling for real estate initiatives. Additionally, this position will provide support during audits, conduct financial due diligence, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
