Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, Sales and Recovery to oversee closed-cell foam sales. Key duties include capturing customer requirements and entering sales orders in SAP; generating leads; analyzing sales performance and market gaps; coordinating with Production and R&D; negotiating and closing B2B contracts; handling customer complaints and collections; representing the company at trade events; and acting as the ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA, with 4–5 years of B2B sales/marketing and customer service experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills are required. This is a full-time, in-person role.
