Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Support Associate to deliver exceptional support as the primary contact for key accounts, resolve complex client issues, and promote long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalations, troubleshoot technical and service problems, and coordinate timely cross-functional responses.
- Maintain accurate account records, monitor case progress, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in client support or account management, strong written and verbal communication, CRM proficiency, analytical problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
