Job Description

Prime BPO is on the lookout for a committed and experienced Senior Closer for our Med Alert campaign. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in closing deals and delivering exceptional client service.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in closing and customer service.
• Punctual, diligent, and self-motivated.
• Proficient in managing sales and escalation calls.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with effective rebuttal techniques.
• Prior experience in customer management.
• Must be at least 22 years old and possess a minimum of a high school diploma.
