Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or B.Tech (Hons) / D.A.E (Electrical) (Preferred).
Experience: Fresh to 2 years of experience.
Job Description:
- Resolve assigned complaints on CSMs & ATMs within defined TAT.
- Install ATMs & CSMs.
- Execute precise troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Deliver analytical reports & documentation to the Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% PM for UPS, ATMs, and G&D.
