Job Description:
- Resolve assigned complaints on CSMs & ATMs within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Install ATMs & CSMs.
- Execute precise troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Prepare analytical reports & documentation for the Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% preventive maintenance for UPS, ATM, and G&D.
