Job Description
Interact Global is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to enhance our Human Resources operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee employee relations, manage recruitment efforts, drive performance management, facilitate training and development, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to policies.
- Supervise performance reviews and development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business; 4-6 years of HR experience; strong knowledge of HR laws.
