We are seeking a dedicated Senior HR Officer to be responsible for HR operations. Key responsibilities include filling requisitions in our database, preparing necessary documents for recruitment and interviews, overseeing existing files, and ensuring all documents are accounted for.
The ideal candidate will maintain updated contractor files, prepare various reports as needed, and assist the Human Resource Manager in administrative matters. You will be in charge of scheduling interviews for new candidates and preparing notices, memos, and letters.
Education: BBA/HRM, Experience: 2-3 Years, Job Type: Full-time.
