Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Sales Executive to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional HR services at SMA Business Connect. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies while managing client recruitment processes. A strong understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee relations, is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies, manage recruitment for clients, build client relationships, act as a liaison with our HR team, support client engagement and retention, monitor market trends, oversee performance appraisal systems, and ensure legal compliance in HR services.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month
