Job Description
YNC PAKISTAN is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic team in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 19. This full-time position involves working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and enhancing our Upwork profile, conducting thorough research, bidding on design and development projects, creating persuasive proposals, and fostering strong client relationships. You will also be required to negotiate high-value contracts and track performance metrics for ongoing improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated track record of successful Upwork bidding, excellent proposal writing abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously to meet established goals.
