Job Description
Job Summary: Redex IT Limited is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Executive for ticket resolution, timely reporting, protocol compliance, and resource allocation, focusing on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve service tickets within 24 hours.
- Provide monthly updates on systems.
- Assist in engineer recruitment and resource assignment.
- Enhance pre-visit diagnostics to minimize onsite service time.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in a related field; 1-2 years of IT service delivery experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00 – Rs50,00/month | Start Date: 01/12/2024
