Job Description
We are seeking a qualified ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The ideal candidate should have 8-11 years of experience, with at least 5 years in ITAM, SAM, and HAM, and 3+ years specifically in ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing ITAM, SAM, and HAM, as well as implementing and maintaining these systems. A solid understanding of related integrations and ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python is essential.
Preferred certifications include ServiceNow ITAM and ITIL Foundation.
