Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform while acting as a key liaison between clients and our systems. Your exceptional communication skills will ensure that our world-class systems remain operational.
In this role, you will handle the operations and maintenance of on-premise or client-dedicated computing platforms. You will provide support for all systems in scope, conduct troubleshooting, and liaise with IT teams and third-party vendors. Additionally, you will develop and execute patching plans while identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
