Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team at Capgemini. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of on-premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers. This role includes installing, configuring, and testing operating systems, as well as troubleshooting and incident resolution.
The developer will collaborate with other IT teams and third-party vendors, formulate patching plans, ensure system security, and establish backup and redundancy strategies. Additionally, the role requires developing capabilities in emerging technologies, conducting compliance and quality checks, and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
