Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a talented ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in ServiceNow development and hands-on experience in IT service management process design. A comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and the key technologies relevant to integration solutions is essential.
Key responsibilities include web portal development using HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and Bootstrap, as well as implementing Core Process Areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB. Required qualifications include ServiceNow ITSM with CSA or CAD certifications, along with scripting experience in JavaScript.
