Job Description
Veevo Tech is actively seeking a proactive and responsible Shift Incharge to manage daily operations on the production floor. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring worker performance, upholding productivity standards, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring an efficient workflow in battery manufacturing and assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of production workers.
- Monitor production adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Provide guidance and resolve any operational challenges.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of machinery.
- Collaborate effectively with Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety measures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
